Wufei is a very strong person with one of the deadliest Gundams. It is possible that his skill meets or exceeds that of Heero. His personality is stern and very serious. Though he is somewhat arrogant in his judgement of other mobile suit pilots, that attitude is well grounded in reality. Overall, Chang is a quiet, powerful person.
