A blank slate until his moment of awakening aboard the Watch Dog colony ship, Digital Kitfox works for the Watch Dog Agency, a self-governed, well-meaning force working totally independantly to keep the peace. He heads up the Counter-Insurgency Division, more commonly known as Cid.

While he doesn't remember much before the job, he vaguely remembers a brother named "Hiko." Recently, Kitfox has been having trouble with memory, and had one or two violent seizures, though he cannot be sure whether the problems are related.
