Name: Howard

Howard is a former employee of OZ. He is a colleague of the five Gundam scientists, and is just as enigmatic. A brilliant mobile suit designer and engineer, he designed the first gundam, Tallgeese, which is later piloted by Zechs. He also had a seagoing salvage operation on Earth and Duo is told to rely on him after Operation Meteor. He is often seen repairing damaged mobile suits - he has worked on the Wing, Deathscythe Hell, and Tallgeese numerous times - and advising the young pilots.

Howard has a casual, funky style and is always wearing a Hawaiian shirt and sunglasses. Though one would not expect a mind of his calibre to behave in such a manner, when the situation demands, this easy going mechanic is all business, and is willing to take responsibility and action immediately.
