Name: Instructor H

Of the five Gundam scientists, Instructor H is probably the best known. A guest of the Winner family for a short time, he used their extensive mobile suit database to implant the designs for the Gundam Sandrock. However, he is also responsible for allowing Quatre access to the plans for the deadly Wing Zero.

As analytical and precise as he is cunning and devious, Instructor H is noted as the schemer of the group, using his connections to manipulate any situation to his will.
