Kachie is spy in an organization from the L1 colony, out to destroy Oz. Kachie is an assasin and pilot with a reputation for becoming injured or bloody during a mission, no matter how simple it may be. She assassinated hundreds of Oz members even before becoming a Gundam pilot. She is willing to sacrifice herself at the drop of a hat and has attempted suicide many times.

Kachie is a cold person that lost some of her memory during her training to become a Gundam pilot. She has not met many of the other Gundam pilots, but feels a sister-like connection to Becci and is usually found with her. Her only real family is her older brother Joeyu, the head of their unit in the organization, and self-built Gundam, Deadsoul.
