The pilot code named Rezo Kopei is a Rebel MS engineer and an excellent pilot. Despite the pacifist nature of his home country, he began work on a Gundam for the upcoming war with OZ so that he too could fight for peace. However, his plans were confiscated during a raid on Sanc and his research was mostly lost. Fortunately, his prototype suit, Neptunius, remained safely hidden until he needed it.

Ironically, the plans that were stolen by OZ and used to make the Gemini Mobile Doll/Mobile Suit combat team were then stolen yet again by the Bloody Scythe operative, Fenix Jade.
