Sally was a major in the Alliance when she captured the boy, Heero Yuy. She thought to find interesting things in this teen, but he escaped with the help of Duo Maxwell. When the Alliance was destroyed, Sally joined a group of guerillas. She has crossed paths with most of the Gundam Pilots, mainly Wufei, on a many occassions.

Sally is serious and focused, much like her younger brother Dane, though she is much less tempermental.
