Well, ya see, all throughout the Forest of the Great Web, there are these small clearings, and they're only connected to each other by the narrowest of threads. Here in the Portal Room, you can take a portal directly to some of those places. You'll only find certain portals here, 'cause the CyberKnight won't allow any others. From time to time, he'll open another portal, though.
You should look at the portals and see if you want to use any of them.
