Help Us Help

There are many ways you can help the Placer County Council and the U.S. Navy League continue and expand its good work.

Financial Contributions

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, the Placer County Council can accept your tax-deductible contributions in support of any or all of our many causes.

Local Beneficiaries

The Placer County Council is operated on a fully volunteer basis, and is completely supported by its membership fees and membership fund-raising activities. Every penny donated to us for our local causes goes to those local causes. Donations of $100 or greater may be donated to a specific cause through us. Donations under $100 (or donations without specification) will be applied 100% to one or more of these local activities:

• The Sacramento Division of the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps (13-18 years old)
• The Training Ship California of the Navy League Cadet Corps (10-13 years old)
• The U.S. Naval Reserve Midshipmen at the California Maritime Academy

National Beneficiaries

In addition to our local contributions above, the Placer County Council is also eager to accept contributions for any of the national Navy League support activities. Again, all such contributions will be forwarded to our national fund raisers as requested; no funds donated for these purposes will be used by the Placer County Council.
