"Fufufu...", you may have recognized the morbid laugh of Kilvan, who explains that the malefic force of Ban not only maintained the door, that Baran and Fly broke, closed. It also creates a sort of invisible wall around the Ban Palace which avoided our friends to escape. The situation is really desperate when suddenly Ban's hand becomes full of cracks. When Fuam, Hyunkel and Krokodin attacked Ban simultaneously, Fuam slightly hit Ban's hand with her punch technique inherited from master Brokin. Fuam is certain to beat Ban with this and wants to try her chance. She charges on Ban, who cut off his hand to make it regenerate faster. But Poppu jumps and takes Fuam's legs to make her fall, just in time to avoid the attack Ban produced with his regenerated hand. Ban can indeed regenerate his hand instantaneously, but waited a second to be able to eliminate Fuam by surprise. Fuam is revolted, she asks Ban if he likes to torture people this way. Ban says yes, he finds it satisfactory to torture the weak with his force acquired after long trainings. There is no law more beautiful and pure than the law of the strongest in his eyes. Fuam replies that he may not break the harmony and peace between the living beings even if he has a great strength. Fuam shuts her mouth when she sees the oppressing eyes of Ban. Ban says they know nothing. The peace is a great force imposed by the gods. But the gods enclosed the dragons and malefic species in the malefic world, a sort of hell where the magma is boiling continuously and the soil is sterile. They did this just because the humans are weaker than them. Ban accumulated a great magic power just to destroy the earth and repair this injustice. He wants to let the sun shine over the malefic world, this great power that even the malefic race can't create with their magic. Poppu, Fuam and Hyunkel are prostrated (Fly and Krokodin are lying unconscious on the ground). How can they beat a man who has considered earth as his for thousands of years!! Our friends seem to give up, Ban thanks them for their comprehension and prepares his next attack to finish them.
"No!! I will never surrender, never!!...". Fly stands up. Ban asks Fly to repeat. "I will never surrender, your form of justice is different from that taught by master Aban, my father and my grandpa Burasu!!". Ban asks Fly how he can say this after he has seen Ban's force. Fly says he's indeed really strong, but that has nothing to do with justice. Fly's friends are all with him, to the surprise of Ban and Myst. Ban says that to convince him of his justice, he has to do it with his force and not with his words. The dragon sign begins to shine and Fly takes his sword to invoke Aban Slash. Ban attacks with Kaiser Phoenix which is cut in two by Fly. But Ban prepares a second Kaiser Phoenix. Fly is taken into the flames, but manages to invoke Aban Slash and neutralize the blazes. Moreover he applied such a pression in his sword that Ban catches a cut in his cheek. Ban is impressed and loses his temper. He begins to throw Iora's like a machine gun. Fly tries to scatter them with his sword but there are too much of them. Fly tries to stop them with his dragonic aura. Myst asks Ban to stop playing with them and to attack all together. But Ban continues. Fly gets angry and pushes back the Iora's. Ban has to shield him, Myst and Kilvan (and Piroro!) with FUBAHA. Fly takes advantage of this situation and invokes Aban slash. Ban is severely hit and falls on the ground. Poppu and the others rejoice, Myst and Kilvan have a bad surprise.
Alas Ban soon heals himself with BEHOMA and stands up. He realizes he underestimated Fly. Dragonic aura has both defensive and offensive capacities and moreover Fly disposes of a sword forged by Ron Berku. But if he fights with a weapon of Ron Berku, only the strength of the opponents will decide of the issue of the combat. Fly can't believe that Ron Berku forged a weapon for Ban. Ban reminds Fly that Ron is from the malefic race and that it is in fact more surprising that he forged weapons for humans. Ban takes his weapon from a black nebular that is forming. Ban's weapon is a sort of cane that absorbs his magic and transforms it into energy. Ban provokes Fly. Fly certain that his weapon is the strongest in the world rushes on Ban. But Ban breaks Fly's sword with his cane. Fly is so shocked that he stays sitting on the ground with and doesn't react anymore. Ban decides to finish them all and invokes his most powerfull technique with his cane: CALAMITY WALL, which creates as it names says an indestructible wall of combative spirit. Hyunkel and Krokodin decide to resist to the attack to protect Fly, Poppu and Fuam. But they are both throwed against away by the attack and Fly too. Poppu asks Fuam to hold his hand till the last moment. When Calamity wall is nearing Fuam and Poppu someone breaks the soil and Poppu and Fuam fall into the sea. Poppu sees a glimp of the person who saved him but he can't believe it's HADORA!!
Ban is surprised to see that Hadora survived the explosion of the malefic nucleus. But he's more astonished by the fact that Hadora helped Fly and his friends. Hadora says that it is not because he is now at their side, but because he doesn't want that anyone else than him takes care of finishing Fly. Ban doesn't like to lose his prey too. He wants to kill Hadora.
Meanwhile the guards came from under the rocks that fell over them during the explosion. They immediately locate Hadora and teleport there with Rura. But as soon as they arrive, Myst captures them with his diabolic manipulation. Alvinas escapes but Kilvan holds his scythe just before her vital point. They have to watch inactively how Hadora will be executed by Ban. But Hadora manages to stop Ban's cane with his bare hands!! Ban has lost a lot of magic power during his battle against Fly. Hadora is now able to finish Ban. And Myst and Kilvan can't help Ban because if they move the guards will be free. Ban invokes Kaiser Phoenix but it is so weak that Hadora crushes it with one hand. Hadora tells Ban to be prepared to die but when he rushes on Ban someone captures him with a sort of magic "lasso". It is Saboera who escaped from prison and who wants to take revenge on Hadora. Ban prepares to throw his cane in Hadora. But suddenly Blok delivers himself from the diabolic manipulation. He opens up in two parts and within it there was a much more slim guy than the Blok we are used too. He takes the place of Hadora and projects Hadora, Hym, Alvinas and Sigma into the sky. Ban destroys the rest of Blok, but Hadora has escaped now.
Fuam and Poppu try to keep their heads above the lumpy water of the sea under the Ban Palace. They notice a light coming from the Ban Palace. It is Mother Dragon who came to take Fly with her. "No, Fly isn't dead yet, bring him back!!". Ban has also seen Mother Dragon. The party is over. Ban realizes that the next dragon knight will need more than ten years to controle his powers, however Ban needs only ten days to destroy the Earth.
Ban starts to drop big pillars on the Earth at random places with his giant flying palace. He has already attacked the north of Romusu, the icy plains of Ozamu, the isle of Baruji, the eastern forest of Papunika.
Poppu wakes up on a beach. He realizes Fuam has swum with him to the beach. But she's so tired now that she's sleeping. Suddenly a bear comes from out of the bushes. Poppu prepares himself to defend Fuam. But Chiu, Nova and the commander of the army of Bengana appear. It seems the bear was one of Chiu's new soldiers.
Poppu and Fuam are brought to the new headquarters. When the malefic nucleus exploded, Leona and the others fled their ancient shelter. They were warned by the queen of Karu, Flora. Everything seems desperate, Fly has been taken away by Mother Dragon, Hyunkel and Krokodin might have been killed by Calamity wall. But Flora can give them courage to try to fight again. But Flora just stepped out of the room, that Nova's father gets in and tells them that Ringaia has been attacked by Ban.
Ban, Myst, Kilvan and Saboera are in the trone room where they overview the situation. It
seems there will be no incidents. But Kilvan takes his cards and let them rotate in a circle and
picks one out of the circle. He gets the ace of spades everytime, which says there is still an impious
element. Ban says he kept "those" to eliminate the remaining troubles...
