CHANCE
"CHANCE" (who left us too soon for us to register him) May 18, 1998 to Aug 29, 1998
"We hoped for a miracle. The only miracle we got was having a gorgeous Golden puppy for the most wonderful 8 weeks of his and our life. That beautiful puppy's life came to an end. For some unknown reason God took him from us. Maybe it was to terrorize our Persian cat, Smokey (see below) that we had lost just 3 weeks prior. We know he is being greeted by so many wonderful dogs on that Bridge, ones that will show him the way. He was only 15 weeks old and the best puppy you could ever ask for, and he was a super brother to our other golden, Pooh. He will be greatly missed."

"SMOKEY
" (Black Wispurr of KC - Black Persian with the most gorgeous gold eyes) April 26, 1990 to August 8, 1998"Smokey was a part of our family, just as a son is to his parents. He was a wonderful, beautiful friend, and a true blessing from GOD. The evening before he died we were driving to the emergency clinic and a very sudden light mist came down from the sky. While it only lasted a few minutes, it filled the air with that undeniable smell of fresh rain. As we were watching the last few drops come down, we noticed a beautiful, vibrant rainbow appear directly in front of us. It was a complete rainbow from one end to the other, full of every color imaginable and as bright as any we have ever seen. Then right before our eyes another one appeared directly above it, not quite as vibrant but still beautiful. Thinking back we remember wishing we had a camera with us so we could record this beautiful moment. Was this the path to the rainbow bridge coming down from heaven? One can only wonder. We believe that Smokey is now in that wonderful place in heaven were all pets that have passed on wait for their loved ones to join them. We hope he is having a good time playing, running, happy and healthy. We await the day when we see him again along with the other animals waiting for their special friends to arrive. But until then, we will remember Smokey as the extremely loving cat he was, with his beautiful golden eyes and a purr with a slight squeak to it (we think because he purred so much). He was the best kitty we could have ever asked for. He was our friend, and our companion. He listened to our complaining and put up with our bad moods. All along giving his unconditional love to us and expecting nothing in return. He took his brother Coco (Himalayan) under his wing. He loved Pooh and put up with Chance the pup. Until we meet again we will keep in our hearts forever!"
