1. We believe there is one holy and sovereign God, who created a physical and moral universe, to which every man is accountable. 2. We believe that all people have broken God's moral commands and have lost fellowship with their Maker. 3. We believe that the Old and New Testament (the Holy Bible) are the inspired Word of God and provides all truth necessary to renew a broken relationship with God. 4. We believe that whoever believes in Jesus Christ will be forgiven of their sins and experience a change of heart and life, renewing their fellowship with God. 5. We believe God's Holy Spirit gives Christian's power to grow in Christ likeness and usefulness in the kingdom of God. 6. We believe the church is to proclaim the message of faith in Jesus Christ to all nations, cultures, and peoples. 7. We believe that Jesus will return again, the dead will be raised and then the final judgement.

Born in a revival
The Wesleyan revival that saved 18th-century England from revolution reaffirmed the testimony and experience of the Early Church that God is able to forgive man's sins and cleanse his heart from all unrighteousness. A revival of this preaching and doctrine in the United States toward the close of the 19th century led to the formation of independent congregations that banded together in October 1908 as the Church of the Nazarene. So universal was this movement that even then all parts of the United States were represented in 228 congregations, comprising 10,414 members.
Ministering to an ever changing world
A warmhearted church and a victorious Christian life, founded on faith in the Word of God, have attracted many to the fellowship of the church during the past half century. Heartfelt religion resulted in fervent lay witnessing and a missionary concern. "The Church of the Nazarene has grown until now there are over 1,000,000 members in 10,164 congregations. Nearly 51 percent of the churches are in the 50 states of the U.S., and the remaining 49 percent are distributed throughout 127 countries where the church carries on its ministries. Over 1,325,000 are enrolled in Nazarene Sunday Schools." In today's rapidly changing world, God's grace and the need of the human heart are changeless. The Church of the Nazarene offers to people today the same warmhearted church and victorious Christian faith that have made it attractive throughout its history. The uncertainties of this nuclear age, the failure of a high standard of living to satisfy basic human needs, and the inability of education or science alone to solve the problem of sin and morality affirm the relevance of the church's message and the urgency of its God-given mission.
How to Get Saved
FOUR THINGS YOU MUST KNOW TO BE SAVED AND GO TO HEAVEN. 1. MAN'S NEED (Romans 3:23) For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. 2. SIN'S PENALTY (Romans 6:23) For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. 3. GOD'S PROVISION (Romans 5:8) But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. 4. MAN'S RESPONSE (Romans 10:9) That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. (Romans 10:13) For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
