King Cooling Construction Co., Ltd. (K.C.T.C.) was formed in September 1998 and is based in Pattaya City Thailand	K.C.T.C. carries out free estimates on all types of work:
Renovation of all types of business establishments including Hotels, Restaurants, Nightclubs and Bars. Renovation of private Houses, Apartments and Condominiums.	Renovation works include: Block walls and Plastering Ceramic Tiling Piping for Hot and Cold Water Systems Painting Iron work for Gates, Security Doors, etc. Sliding Doors Electrical Re-Wiring Roof Waterproofing En-suite Bathrooms
Design and Construction of Factories. Design, Construction, Installation and repair of Water Cooling Systems.	Initially a Site Inspection would be carried out on any Water Cooling System that you currently have in use. This inspection would cover Fan Machinery, Check Water Distributions and Pack Media and also a check of any Leakage's to the Cooling Tower. This would ensure that your Cooling Tower is running at the highest standard to maximize performance on your Plant or premises.
Initially a full survey will be carried out on all projects and you would receive a Quotation covering the full scope of work to be carried out.	Once you have accepted our quotation a Contract Agreement will be issued which will be signed by you and a member of the Management Team of K.C.T.C., together with a Program of Works for all major projects.
