| Kenneth is responsible for the overall running of the company including mobilizing the teams and
setting the necessary Project Controls.
He has 24 years comprehensive knowledge and experience of running contracts on construction sites from their inception to completion whilst employing large numbers of foreign labor. Ensuring that all work was carried out in a safe manner in accordance with Quality/ Safety Control Procedures. He has also carried out numerous Safety Audits and Inspections before contracts commenced in many European Countries on behalf of Marley Davenport International Co., Ltd. before forming King Cooling Construction Co., Ltd. in 1998. Alan will be the initial point of contact between client and consultant and will ensure that all activities will
be coordinated and progressed to the agreed timescale.
He has 22 years comprehensive knowledge and experience in managing teams of staff providing administrative and financial support to Engineering Directors whilst working for British Steel, and CEDG Ltd. ( formerly British Rail, UK ). He has also been responsible for the preparation and production of many Fee Bids, in addition to promoting company products and skills through marketing to attract potential clients both here in Thailand and the UK. | Victor is responsible for all I.T. Projects, Communication requirements and the smooth running of the Headquarters.
He has 23 years comprehensive knowledge and experience in operating/ teaching military/ civilian Telecommunication equipment worldwide for the British Army. During the last four years of his service, he managed a fleet of over seventy vehicles, his methodical approach to problem solving ensured a high availability of these equipments. Since leaving the Forces he has five years experience as an I.T. Manager and is also a director of PCT Thailand (Telecommunications) Qualifications include:
