Bruce is another recent departee from Hong Kong. Very determined and capable of scoring the odd goal (odd in this case obviously being 1), Bruce suffered the fate of all people with a low centre of gravity.
There is no truth in the rumour that Bruce wore studs in his shorts due to being on the ground so much (usually because the sniper in the bushes got him once again as he was clean through on goal).
Bruce's moment of glory came against the RAF during a friendly in Kowloon Tong a couple of years ago. A double hat-trick ensured the German's won by the score of 10-3 (is this a club record?).
Unfortunately, only the people who were at that game believe him.
