1.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED.
Any driver drinking before or during a pull will
NOT be permitted to pull at that event.
2.
All riders MUST sign a waiver. Any rider under 18
year of age MUST have a parent or legal guardian
sign for them.
3.
All riders must attend the driver?s meeting before
each pull. Drivers are responsible for knowing the
contents of the driver?s meeting.
4.
All riders must be straddle of the seat and in complete
control with one hand on the steering wheel or handlebars
at all times. Stock tractor pullers may not sit on the
back of their seat.
5.
RIDER MUST WATCH FLAGMAN AT ALL TIMES. (STRICTLY ENFORCED) 6.
No unsafe acts permitted on track or pits. (Reckless
operation)
7.
Sled operator and or flagmen reserves the right to stop
the pull anytime they feel an unsafe condition exists and
will re-issue another pull. If another pull is issued,
that pull must be taken immediately, without leaving the
track and no changes can be made to the machine.
8.
Drivers must wear proper clothing. No shorts or sandals.
This is to prevent burns and or injury. Shoes must be
tied. Driver?s coveralls are suggested to avoid
serious burns.
9.
All riders must wear an approved helmet. The helmet must
be fastened and DOT approved.
10.
All machines are required to have a kill plug. Kill plug
must be easily accessible to track personnel. Kill plug
must have a 1-1/2" inch key ring for easy hook-up. (Enforced!!)
11.
All units must have rear working brakes capable of safely
stopping the machine.
12.
All guards, shields, and rear fenders must be in place
and strictly enforced for all participants. Fenders must
be placed over rear tires and cover 1/4 of tire in
accordance with tech chief?s inspection. Fenders
must be designed to prevent driver entanglement. If in
question check with an official. Any violation or failure
to comply with these rules will result in immediate
disqualification. Anything not covered by these rules
will be discussed and acted upon by the membership at the
next regular meeting.
