  • The tennis pro, along with the captains, will attempt to place new members on an appropriate team while considering overall team composition and the effect on availability of playing time for all team members.
  • All captains and junior team managers will determine the line up each week.
  • Members who are not able to play due to lack of sufficient players (under 14 Legacy Park members) that are required to form a team may add non Legacy Park members to a team until enough Legacy Park members are available.
  • Each non-Legacy Park resident member must pay a fee of $30.00 per season per team.
  • Each captain must turn in a complete team roster with addresses and telephone numbers for each member to the Pro and Committee one-week prior to the season. Also, captains must notify the Pro and Committee of any additions or deletions to the roster.
  • All residents must be current with Legacy Park Community Association Inc. dues to participate in League tennis. Any resident who is not current in payment of dues shall be prohibited from playing on any team and shall be prohibited from using the tennis facilities.

RAINOUTS:Top

  1. USTA and ALTA makeup matches take priority for any court time over lessons, team practices and walk ons, except for Court 7, the designated walk on court. Court 7 may be used for make up play if open, but may NOT be reserved.

  2. Write first/last name, USTA or ALTA and level of play on your reservation.

  3. Because Legacy Park has so many teams making up matches, lines have a total of 20 minutes to begin any make up match from the scheduled time. If both you and your opponents are not on the court and ready to play by 8:20 (for an 8:00 resv), you forfeit your time to any make up walkon matches. TELL your opponents this when you schedule your match.

  4. Legacy Park is not responsible for providing court time to make up matches when we are the visiting team. Home Team make up matches take priority.

  5. Teams must use their scheduled practice times for make up matches if matches are scheduled for the same night as team practices. Thus, if you are scheduling three make up matches on Wednesday, (your practice night) you forfeit team practice for that evening.
