CASHFLOW PROJECTION FOR 5 YEARS

ASSUMPTIONS

Inflation 
No inflation or price adjustment have been assumed for the purposes of these cashflows

Beef
Beef Sales will increase by 5% per annum with most of this growth being in the export market.

Chickens
Chicken production and sales will increase by 50% for the first 2 years, by 25% in the 3rd year and then 10% for the last 2 years

Milk Production
Milk production will increase by 15% for the 5 years

Cropping
Cropping production will increase by 15% for 3 years and then 10% for year 4 and 5.

Egg Production
Zambeef expects to start egg production in June 2003 with 15,840 layers

Year 2 will see Zambeef increase to 40,000 layers, year 3 80,000 layers, 4 120,000 layers and year 5 160,000 layers,

Cheese Operation
During 2003 Zambeef expects to sell 40 tonnes of Cheese. This is expected to increase to 96 tonnes in year 2 and then increase by 10% per year for years 3, 4 and 5.

Tannery
The tannery is expected to grow by 8 per cent year with this growth from new expansion such as the dog chew plant as well as buying more hides in the open market.

Oil Production
Zambeef plans to commission an oil plant in during 2004. However this is still at the planning stage and hence no cashflows have been incorporated for this.
