King - one of natures born losers. After fighting his way from the gutter, he made an alliance with the power broker Gracis. He held a prominent and profitable nightclub, his gang terrorised the streets. So feared was he that he managed to unite the gangs at a peace conference, wuth the threat of Gracis and his lieutenants behind him, he intended to forge a force capable of toppling the Ferengi.

Then the Guardian showed up, within two days, he lost his gang, mainly in a street brawl with two members of the Guardian crew. His nightclub was literally blown to pieces by said crew, and then to add insult to injury he was kidnapped in his own hoverlimo. At the same time the peace conference degenerated into a free for all, as it fell into a bloodbath of mutual recrimination. By fluke when he was thrown from said hovercar, he merely broke the majority of the bones in his body. A capable doctor repaired him, only for him to find that his gang-members had stolen his credits and Lightholler was in his bar.

Starting from scratch, he has set himself up as a fixer. He managed to steal the majority of Gracis�s files from the mansion, and he still has a decent knowledge of the Risan underworld. He operates from the Blue Note Bar on the lower left side. A brutal, thuggish crook, he is a thick-set man with a cockney accent, and tattos up his left side.  Despite his misfortune, King is a good source of information, and more than capable of setting up a safehouse. He intends to use these favours to rebuild his gang.
