RISA

Idyllic, the weather is heaven, the distractions numerous and engaging. A pleasure planet where the locals are friendly, and everyone takes it easy.

Whilst federation captains frolic on romantic beaches with �holodeck� actors, casinos and nightclubs cater to the idle rich and curious.

Everyone love Risa, a planet untouched by the wars that have rocked the federation and by industrialization, the perfect retreat. 

TELL THAT TO THE TOURISTS

Risa - a planet in turmoil, whilst star fleet veterans frolic on the sun kissed beaches of its moon, the huddled masses of Risa prime survive on a planet torn asunder by a bitter gang war.

Risa - a place of washed up dreams, where those who�s money ran out before they got home, or lack a home huddle. Those born to the planet desperately push for the prestigious jobs on the moon, or to scrape enough money for the extortionate flights off planet.

Risa - a planet lacking natural resources that exists to fulfill hedonistic tendencies, and where the weak are preyed upon by the strong. A planet run by the Ferengi crime lords and petty gang leaders.

Risa - a kingdom without a king - and at least one too many heirs apparent. A planet where noone notices the young girls being kidnapped from bars to be sold to slavery, or worse. A place where the federation turns a blind eye to the extortion money beaten from the businesses, or the far too frequent deaths on the street.

Risa - a place of opportunity for the underworld vultures, where do you fit in? Are you willing to serve the young pretender, Lightholler, or the former enforcers turned bosses Finnegan and Sinister.
