The site of Elfwood - One of the best sites I've ever been to. Thousands of all sorts of fantasy artwork pieces as well as science fiction paintings. Also short stories, a guide full of tips for fantasy artists, comprehensive links directory and more. Excellent even to those who are not interested.
MTV's "Downtown" Official Site - An excellent site dedicated to one of the more original cartoons I've seen - "Downtown" on MTV. Its not really "Art" but more related to comics-based artwork.
M.C. Escher - Just a simple site dedicated to some of the artwork of the artist & graphic designer M.C. Escher, which I like very much.
Rodney Matthews (Gallery I, Gallery II) - One of the greatest fantasy artists of our times, his style is simply enchanting, though it's very graphical.
Art.COM, Artchive and GreatBuildings.COM - Three big sites with lots of pictures of famous painters and artists, as well as photos of famous palaces and other great buildings (including 3D models!). These three make up an excellent source for finding pictures of buildings or paintings required for school projects, art history homework, copying excercices etc.

Airbrush.COM - A good site, not more.
Paasche - A nice site of the best company of
airbrushing.
Winsor & Newton - The site of the manufactorers
of much of the colors you need for an airbrush. This site is
REALLY good and informative.

SpiritWeb.ORG (OBEs, Lucid dreams) - One of the biggest sites on the net - covers all issues - from UFO cultures through Channelings to Lucid dreams... Total of about ~9,000 documents and books online, free of course!
Mind Travel Plus - One of the oldest (which is good!) sites on the net, dealing with out-of-the-body experiences, Astral projections and lucid dreams. I highly recommend reading the Astral Projection Course by Donald DeGracia... It's the best free online book dealing with this subject I've read.
The Lucidity Institude - The scientific "authority" dealing with lucid dreams research. I suggest reading the FAQ document published there. Its not so long.
SUNEYE Site - A new site, with very understandable methods and techniques designed to induce lucid dreaming. worth visiting!.
Lucid Metro - A COOL site for lucid dreaming. Lots of information.

Good Search-Engines on the
net:
Google - This is the best one, similar to AltaVista but better.
Yahoo! is good for searching more official and
general sites, related to specific topics, but is better then OfficialSearch engine which is programmed just for that
task.
And if all else fails, try to search for the subject in DejaNews or if it`s an Israeli site, at Walla!.
TruFax.ORG (Leading Edge International) - An impressive and interesting site, with HUGE amounts of articles, documents, research papers, books etc. all regarding UFOs, conspirancy theories, air pollution and many many other subjects... personally, I suggest taking the information posted on the site very very skeptically... but THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE :-)
LAMED - Using this site you can learn and practice for the theory test on driving (this site is in Hebrew). I used this site when I studied for theory.
mIRC-X - THE place to get all your mIRC (A internet chatting program) utilities: bots, eggs, scripts, pop-ups and much more. Alternatively, you can download most of the internet programs you need at TuCows site.
The Pages of Now & Forever - This is a fan-site dedicated to the Star Control trilogy. Star Control, specifically Star Control II, is one of the best computer games ever published (actually, the name Pkunk is a name of one of the races in the game).
These sites are either funny, useless or very very special (Mostly useless (-: ).
