Unknown to the peaceful citizens of this quiet town were the horrific experiments taking place at Darkklon Corp. Rhazes was genetically engineering an army to turn our planet into Darkk Earth..

His plan was side-tracked when Dr. Jeana Fine cut the blood flow to one Victor DeLeon, thus releasing The Tenth. Bent on keeping his humanity, Victor, as the Tenth, vowed to stop the evil Darkk and his twisted plan at all costs.
