Adrenalynn

This teenage killing machine is just that - a killing MACHINE. Even though the cold war is over, counterintelligence and spying are still high on the priority list of some secret groups of the now defunct KGB. Unable to gather the same information that the US did on Rhazes Darkk and his regeneration technology, they created their own self-made, genetically-enhanced, super-powered killer -- one who has taken the form of an innocent school girl, makes her an unlikely foe and even unlikelier hitman. No more data is yet available.

Barareh

Bahareh was once the assistant of the evil Rhazes Darkk. Upon the demise of Springdale and inevitably Rhazes, she has proven her worth only to the Government officials to whom she has sold Darkk's regeneration technology to. Her powers consist of seismic waves through any solid object as well as shape-shifting.

Blackspell

Blackspell is the right hand man of Rhazes Darkk. He is one of the original ten SUPERMONSTERS. He has the ability to engulf anyone or anything with his devastating mass. The more people he victimizes, the stronger he becomes, adding each new addition to his ever increasing body of blackness. Inside Blackspell is another dimension where he is believed to hold over 50,000 souls captive! He is the most illusive of the ten.

Esperanza

Esperanza is an eighteen-year-old orphan who met Victor through a bizarre turn of events. She was born with the ability of telekinesis - the power to move objects with a mere thought or will. Her power has grown stronger since her first encounter with The Tenth. Her main goal is to help The Tenth track down Blackspell -- The supermonster created by Darkk who is believed to be holding Zorina's mother captive!

F.A.R.

F.A.R.'s are part machine, part man, and all monster. However, they are not SUPERMONSTERS created by Darkk. They are a small army of TECHNO MONSTERS that were developed by Gozza. Their kamikaze nature make it hard to defend against. Their only objective: Kill everyone that stands in Gozza's way.

Fujisaki

Fujisaki is the head of the Japanese secret police. Right now his base of operations is inside Tokyo. His objective is to uncover the disappearances of villages, their people, and most of all, his men. It is believed that one of Rhazes Darkk's most hideous creations, the supermonster Gozza is planning a takeover of Japan -and then the world!

Gozza

This kid SUPERMONSTER was the brain behind the overthrow of his creator, Rhazes Darkk. He believes that it is now his task to complete what Rhazes was too crazy and senile to complete. His army of F.A.R.'s (Full Armor Ruckus-Giant Fighting Robots) will aid him and his will.

Gulliver

Gulliver is a pint sized teleporter who has his own agenda. For now he'll help Victor, Espy, and Zorina, because it serves his purposes to do so. Clouded in mystery, our gang look at Gulliver as more of a nuisance than threat. His goal for the time being is to win the trust of the Tenth crew.

Jaena Fine

This missing mother of Zorina Fine, was also a noted biological scientist. Hired by the Darkklon Corporation at its startup, she became the head of Biological Side Effects (BSE), which investigated the side effects of the various "treatments" at Darkklon. She was responsible for giving monthly reports to government officials. The question now exists of a possible double life - one side being that of a spy for a government watchdog group known as UPROAR.

Killkrow

Killkrow is one of the original ten SUPERMONSTERS created by Rhazes Darkk. Believed to be one of the more morbid of Darkk's creations, Killkrow is considered to be a failure in Darkk's eyes. Eager to prove his worthiness, he will do almost anything to please Rhazes Darkk. Teamed with an army of meat eating crows , Killkrow is an extreme threat to anyone in his way.

Lastic

Lastic is part of the regeneration experiments conducted by General Greer . Greer is using Darkk technology seized by Bahareh to create the newest in secret weapons. Lastic was once known as Capt. Lonnie McGuire of the CIA special covert operations. Lastic becomes stronger each time he dies. For he can never truly "die" without becoming an even more dangerous entity. He is able to "steal" other mutant powers and twist them into his own weaponry.

Rhazes Darkk

A modern miracle worker in the realm of science, Rhazes has progressed the research of Cancer and other mortal illnesses by decades. After becoming the Noble Peace Prize winner of 1993, he was able to persuade the government, along with the moral support of millions world wide, to build a town for the sole purpose of medical experimentation. This type of experimentation, of course, had many moral obstacles. But, after winning a landmark Supreme Court victory, the town of Springdale was built. The world will never know how close it came to complete annihilation because of the events that were to unfold in the town . Those under his rule believe that Rhazes is a man who is teetering on the edge of insanity.

The Tenth

The man named Victor was part of a covert CIA mission to uncover the diabolical schemes of the monster-making madman - Rhazes Darkk. Rhazes Darkk's goal was to reshape the earth into Darkk Earth -- an altered regeneration of life as we know it. Victor was captured by Darkk but was spared his life as he fit Dark's criteria for the TENTH SUPERMONSTER. NINE other supermonsters were created to do Rhazes' bidding. Each having their own purpose in Darkk's plan, they were spread throughout the globe. But things didn't go as Rhazes had planned with Victor - not only did he create the superpowered abomination known as the Tenth - he created the ultimate predator. Unbeknownst to Rhazes, he himself has now become the Tenth's ultimate prey.

The Twisted Three

As leader of the T3, Ryoku is a deadly mercenary hired by the KID SUPERMONSTER, Gozza to "protect" Rhazes from those who seek to destroy him. A native of Japan, she has extensive training in various martial arts and is an expert in hand to hand combat.

Also from the Far East, Kirai is a master of Ninjitsu and specializes in sabotage. Her seductiveness aids her wicked ways. She as well is a hired gun of Gozza. She doesn't take checks.

Jihi is the cutest of the T3, but perhaps this is what makes her the deadliest. She is a cold blooded killer believed to have been a hitman for the Japanese Mafia. The daughter of a political figure, she was thought to be a suspect in her father's kidnapping and murder, but charges were dropped. She is extremely impulsive and sometimes acts before she thinks, which makes for a deadly combination.

Zorina Fine

Zorina is the best friend of Esperanza as well as the daughter of the missing scientist Jaena Fine. Zorina is a nineteen year old college dropout who is pursuing a modeling job (or at least an appearance as a co-host on any popular MTV show). She was allowed to become a citizen of the experimental town of Springdale by way of her mother, who worked for Darkklon as a biochemist. The disappearance of her mother leaves Zorina with many questions about Jaena's possible double life.
