TSSI Character Generator (ZIP/EXE, 59kb, Jim Vassilakos): A DOS-based program that handles a lot of the grunt work associated with character creation.

TSSI Character Generator v1.1 (ZIP/EXE, 60kb, Jim Vassilakos): An improved version of the program above.

 

Improved Chase Chart (ZIP/PDF, 11kb, Pierre "Klydesdale" Grandmont): A set of tables that adds more detail to a car chase, with things like pedestrians and narrowing roadways. Great stuff.

Driving Check Chart (ZIP/PDF, 3kb, Pierre "Klydesdale" Grandmont): A reference sheet with situations where a driving check would be required and the modifiers for the check.

Ground Vehicle Modification (RTF, 48kb, ???): Rules for modifying ground vehicles (you know.... cars) by adding new weapons, electronics, etc. It also includes a lot of new goodies to add to your vehicles.

Pregnancy Charts (ZIP/PDF, 5kb, Pierre "Klydesdale" Grandmont): Those boneheads down in the G4 Bureau need to consider adding prophylactics to the list of equipment assigned to a field agent. This set of charts is used to determine the chance of pregnancy to occur, and the characteristics of the child.

Hot Pursuit (ZIP/PDF, 41kb, James Hicks aka "Grimm"): Detailed rules for foot chases, taking into account terrain, weather, footwear, and other stuff. Unfortunately, it's based upon real-world experience.

Module Creation System (PDF, 19kb, ???): A set of tables that can be used to randomly generate a scenario -- roll them bones!

 

CIA Spy Gear (ZIP/PDF, 48kb, James Hicks aka "Grimm"): Taken straight from the CIA website, these are items that were used by the CIA over the years. This file also works with the original Top Secret game.

TSSI Weapons (ZIP/PDF, 113kb, ???): Lists of many, many weapons converted for use with Top Secret/S.I. -- a definite "must download"!

 

1999-2000 Annual (PDF, 242kb, TSSI List Members): A compilation of the best posts from the mailing list's first year. Includes official Top Secret/S.I. game errata and all kinds of new rules, fixes, skills, advantages, and gear. Lots of great stuff!

2000-2001 Annual (PDF, 438kb, TSSI List Members): A collection of posts from the list's second year, with more new gear, rules, information, and stuff!

 

NPC Combat Record Sheet (ZIP/PDF, 226kb, ivanhoe22): A combat sheet for keeping track of NPCs during combat, especially weapons, damage, etc.

NPC Templates (ZIP/PDF, 7kb, Pierre "Klydesdale" Grandmont): A set of NPC record sheets. The "farfetched" sheet is for characters in superhero campaigns.

Scenario Record Sheet (PDF, 9kb, James Hicks aka "Grimm"): A handy record sheet for keeping track of what happened in a game -- who was there, who they met, what they found (and what they didn't find), etc. I've used sheets like this for many of the games I've played, and they're great for preserving continuity of a campaign.

 

General Roleplaying and TS/TSSI FAQ (TXT, 15kb, ???): A FAQ explaining what an RPG is and what the Top Secret and Top Secret/S.I. games are all about.

Spy's Advice (PDF, 129kb, DRAGON Magazine): A compilation of all of the questions and answers for the original Top Secret game that appeared in DRAGON magazine over the years.

OpenRPG Files (ZIP/XML, 3kb, Adolfo Mendez): Miniatures and a character sheet for use with OpenRPG. OpenRPG is a free program that allows folks to play RPGs over the internet. Download it at OpenRPG.com.

WebRPG Character Sheet (ZIP/RPG, 2kb, James Hicks aka "Grimm"): A detailed character sheet for use with WebRPG. I haven't used it since WebRPG started charging for the service, so I'm not sure if it still works.

WebRPG Vehicle Sheets (ZIP/RPG, 7kb, James Hicks aka "Grimm"): Several blank vehicle sheets for use with WebRPG. There are different sheets for boats, cars, etc., meant to be used with the expanded vehicle rules from F.R.E.E.Lancers and High Stakes Gamble. Like the character sheet above, I haven't used them with the latest version of WebRPG.

 

007 to TSSI (ZIP/PDF, 41kb, Ivanhoe22): A great set of rules for converting between Victory Games' James Bond 007 game and TSR's Top Secret/S.I.

Asteroid Field Chart (ZIP/PDF, 3kb, Pierre "Klydesdale" Grandmont): A chart for navigating through asteroid fields in sci-fi games.

IMPORTANT: Don't take this website seriously. This site is about Top Secret/S.I., which is a role-playing game similar to Dungeons & Dragons. Everything here is make-believe, though it's based upon what some folks believe is fact.
