Chargeing

*Chargeing is basically taking an object ex.gemstone,Athame etc....... and using its energies and yours to use as you see fit like for example,take an Amethyst gemstone that is good for heightening physic powers and charge this gemstone to use for you to have prophetic dreams or whatever.........Well any ways here is an example of charging some objects that I picked up on the net a few years ago..............(I would give the person credit if i knew who it was, if it is you please contact me)*

STONES:

Take the stone that you would like to charge hold it in your dominant hand and press it firmly against your minds eye, a.k.a. Third eye. Visualize the need that you want, and visualize it coming true. Chant something appropriate for what you need. Chant until you feel the stone pulsing with energy, something like a heart beat, this means that your stone is now charged.

TOOLS:

Charging a tool just means that you are transferring energy from you into an object. The tool that you should charge first should be your wand. All tools have to be charged inside a magick circle, so if your tools are not already charged make a magick circle out of salt. Starting in the east make a salt circle around you and your altar, make sure it's big enough. Always set your altar up before you start you circle. When you are done casting your circle hold the wand or another tool in your hand go into alpha, look at the wands aura (still in alpha)-Aura is a radiating light around a physical body or object. With your eyes still closed, hold the wand in both hands with alternating motions of both hands push out the unwanted energies while you say: "I cast away any negative or positive energies and forces with in this wand" With your eyes still close see your aura flowing into the wand, notice how they become brighter and bigger, then say: "I charge this wand to attend to all of my magickal needs, thoughts and deeds, I ask that this be correct and for the good of all, by my will, So Mote It be! There you have it your own charged wand. If you want to you can dab a bit of protection oil on the wand (or other tool that you charged) and while you are charging the tool you can have some protective incense burning:)

HERB'S:

Take a pinch (or an amount that you want) of the herb that you are going to charge. Place it in your left hand and sit comfortably quiet with your eyes closed, go into alpha visualize and say out loud what you want this herb to do. Visualize the herbs aura and your aura coming together and becoming brighter and bigger. Visualize what you would like this herb to influence whether it be a person, place, thing or situation. After you have completed seeing in alpha what you want this herb to do, you have charged the herb.
