MONACO - Takes Its Toll.!!

No Pro-Long Results for Classic Grand Prix

3rd August 1999 -- Another tough race at Monaco showed that the circuit, more than often was the real winner.  Large differences in times as most drivers struggled with the tight unforgiving circuit.

Steve SKANE took the Novice race from a pole position of 1.28.64 with a consistent performance

of classic lap-times, second place getter Florent LAMBERT chasing hard with third place-man, new

sensation, Andrew WITECKI setting the fastest lap of the race with a 1.29.00.

                                     German Ace, Andreas WILKE, once again took the chequered flag from pole

position in his second win in as many races. Team-mate, Daniel REISSIGER followed him home

close behind with British driver, Pitman LEE bringing the Red Baron Ferrari into third place
