Nero is the most popular and best overall burning software available at this moment. It is
one of the "copy everything" tools, it can overburn and it's also easy to use. That makes it great to make your own projects

WinOnCD v3.7
WinOnCD is almost as easy to use as Adaptec's Easy
CD Creator, but unlike Easy CD Creator it has power... It's great for data and it's probably number one for audio. There's no other burning tool I've seen that comes close to WinOnCD's audio features and the quality of the tools. WinOnCD offers the audio freak faders, normalizers, still and live wave analysis, pitch bend, equalizer and room simulator. The drawback of WinOnCD is that it isn't suited well for copying copy-protected CDs.

Disc Juggler
DiscJuggler is a copying-only tool, what means you can't create your own CD projects with it. But the power and ease of use of DiscJuggler make that good. Just as CDRWin and Nero, DiscJuggler copies almost everything and it does support overburning too.

CDRWin v3.8
This is one of the most popular disc copying software along with Nero. CDRWin is one of the tools that copies virtually all CDs, even many copy-protected CDs. CDRWin is also capable of overburning and supports most CD Writers.

CloneCD v2.0.2.5
CloneCD is a relatively new CD-R software. It's an extremely easy to use copying-only tool but unlike all other software this one can copy Securom, Safedisc, Laserlock (and others) copy-protected games without the need of patches.
CloneCD will copy the copy-protections too, so the resulting disc is copy-protected too.This all sounds great, but it comes at a price: Very few CD-ROMs or CD-writers can do what CloneCD requires, so make sure you check out the Supported Recorders cause otherwhise you'll burn nothing but coasters

PSXCopy v6
PSXCopy is a small program for copying Playstation games. However you will still need a MOD chip to play the copy.
