Welcome to The Pay By Hour / No Surfing Require

The following services pay you for every hour you're online.
They pay you no matter what you're doing, as long as you run their ad window. Below you will find a short review of each service so that you can decide which one(s) you like the best.

Rating System

New: We now have a rating system. One It's sort of a blue dollar sign, vaguely glowing off yellow is as bad as it gets. Five It's sort of a blue dollar sign, vaguely glowing off yellow's is the best. Ratings will change as services improve or as we discover scandalous things about them. Newer services automatically lose a point until they've been around long enough to prove they're serious.

More "Get Paid" Services

There are now so many of these companies we've dedicate another 2 pages for services to tell you more about them.  Click Here for next page.

Click here to sign up UtopiAD is an AllAdvantage like service that pays you a percentage of ad income from the advertisements you see using their "CashBar." Their software is supposed to be available on September 29th. They have completely redesigned their website and hired additional staff. It looks like this company might turn out to be one of the good ones. They tell me that their program is going to be the best because it's percentage based and, you never know, they might be right. We'll see.

Click here to sign up GoToWorld came out right after AllAdvantage with a new twist, they pay you to use their web-browser. The browser uses the Internet Explorer shell so it has all of it's functions and if you already use Explorer you keep your settings and favorites. They pay about $.40/hour plus $.10/hour for first level referrals, $.15 for second and $.20 for third. They have a nice member page where you can check your referrals, etc... The best part is that the browser is out and you can start making money right away. The downside is that their browser is nothing special, especially if you're a Netscape user. We do like the Language Translation Modules though. Also, they've now changed their system a bit so that you don't have to actually be using the browser. You can just run it in a small window that can be placed anywhere on your screen while you do other things. The ad window shuts off after five minutes of inactivity (currently based on mouse use.) GoToWorld is now working on a program that will offer members cash awards for shopping at certain online businesses. It will also offer cash rewards when their referrals do the same.  If you encounter any problem while you are trying to download the software, you can download the software over here

Click here to sign up Desktop Dollars came out on August 16th making them one of the newest of the bunch. You get paid regardless of what you're doing as long as you're connected to the net and have their software running. The software is available to download now. If you encounter any problem while you are trying to download the software, you can download the software over here. They pay you $.50/hr, plus $.10/hr for first level referrals, $.05/hr for second and $.02/hr after that up to five levels deep. Not too bad but not one of the better payment plans.

Click here to sign up AllCommunity is a new service that plans to combine "pay to surf", "pay to read" and associate/affiliate programs. It looks pretty good. Right now they only have their paid emails program going. They say they'll have the "stay online and get paid" program going soon. It will pay $.50/hour for you, $.10/hour for direct referrals and $.05/hour for third, fourth and fifth level referrals. They will also have a program that gives members discounts at major online businesses. Members will also get a percentage of what their referrals spend. In the future AllCommunity plans to have credit cards, MLM style internet access, chat communities, auctions, games, contests, etc... So far, we recommend them. The link below will sign you up with the email program as well as the future surf program.

Click here to sign up One of the newest, Dotad, looks interesting if they can make it work. Instead of the standard ad window, Dotad uses a small circular cartoon character that appears in the upper right corner of your screen every five minutes and displays an ad. This is another good one if you're going to have more than one program running at the same time. They pay you 75% of their ad income from ads you see. They pay 5% for first level referrals, 4% for second, 2% for third and fourth and 1% for fifth and sixth. They send you a check when you account is up to $50 or more. It looks like their registration cgi is working again, you can sign up at the link below. You can't check your referrals online yet, we'll let you know when they get that going. Our member ID, if they ask for it, is: 132161
