about me

My name is David Schuster and I'm 16 years old. My birthday is on December 6th. I live in Stony Plain, a relatively small town in Alberta, Canada. I go to Memorial Composite High School, and am in grade 10.

I enjoy skiing, downhill, cross-country, and on water. In my spare time I like playing computer games, and chatting with my friends on ICQ. Outside of the computer, I like working on my HO scale model trainset, and building a paper clock that I got for Christmas two years ago. The box says it can be done in 48 hours, but I'm still close to being done.

I started playing the piano about 7 years ago. Although I'm not currently taking lessons, I still like playing it in my spare time. I started playing percussion in Grade 7 for three years. In Grade 9, I took up the drum kit and played for our School Jazz band. Currently I am not taking lessons for any musical instruments. I am now taking Kung-Fu, and currently hold the rank of Yellow Belt.

I volunteer regularly around town, doing live mixing with my friend Sean for almost all of their special events. Sean and I also DJ on occasions.

When I graduate, I would like to work in the special effects field either in the movie industry, or live theatre. This would most likely involve me moving away from here to work, and perhaps even go to school. I love movies, and would prefer the movie industry.

I am going to retire in Concarneaux, a small town about twenty minutes from the west coast of France. Remember, think positive! Or, hopefully, work there.

digital camera

The pictures that are currently on the site have been takin with a film camera and scanned. I hope to get a digital camera very soon. Hopefully before my trip to Florida. I know I wont be able to afford a good one, but I can try to talk my parents into buying one.
