March 24, 1995
We took a ride in a station wagon to the airport. It was snowing in Stony Plain, but not at the Leduc turnoff. Our
flight got delayed until 5:30. We were supposed to leave at 5:00. That's a bummer. It just started to snow. We got delayed
again until 6:00. Well they just called us.
We reached Calgary to pick up more passengers. It's time to take off. Our movies are Dumb and Dumber and Jurassic Park.
Dumb and Dumber is starting. We have to buy our own earphones. They cost $5.00 per person.
March 25, 1995
We arrived at the airport. My ears really hurt when they were popping. We found a station wagon and rode to the Outrigger
Reef Lanais.
Today we are just taking it easy, buying sandals, going to the beach and talking with other family members.
March 26, 1995
Today we woke up and ate breakfast. Then we went to the Bishop museum. The bus ride was terrible. We put together an outrigger.
The ride back was better. We went to my grandma's room and saw Jill and Ericka. Then we ate at Denny's.
March 27, 1995
Today we went to the zoo. It was fun. After the zoo we went to the beach and played in the water.
March 28, 1995
In the morning we went on a catamaran. In the afternoon we went to the International Market Place and the Warner Bros. store, where
I bought Yako, Wako and Dot from Anamaniacs. We also went to the Endangered Species store. That night we saw a magic show
with John Hirokawa. We went for the cocktail show. He would disappear one minute from one place and come swinging across
the roof the next.
March 29, 1995
Today we went on the Waikiki Trolly to the Maui Divers' Jewlery Design Center, then to Iolani Palace where the queen was
held in prison. Then we went to the Aloha Tower Marketplace, then back home.
March 30, 1995
In the morning we went to the Kodak Hula Show and then to Hilo Hattie. After that we went to the Dole Canery Square.
Jim Dole was the boss. Jim is his first name and Dole is his last name. Find out more when you fo there.
March 31, 1995
We went swimming in the morning. In the afternoon me, my dad, my grandpa, my aunt, and my uncle went miniature golfing
while my mom, Jodi, and grandma went shopping. Then me and my dad went on an outrigger.
April 1, 1995
Today we went to Diamon Head. I went on the 0.7 mile long trail which is unpaved and has uneven rock and dirt surfaces
that are loose and slippery in places. It leads through a dark tunnel and involves climbing a steep, 99 step concrete stairway
and a spiral stiarcase inside an unlit bunker. The hike took about 1 hour up and 45 minutes back down. Then we went to the
Aquarium. After that, me, my dad, my grandma, and Jodi went on an Outrigger.
April 2, 1995
We rented a Jeep and we went around some of Oahu. It started to rain and Jodi and I got soaked. We went back to grandma's
room and Jill and Ericka were there.
April 3, 1995
Today we went to Hanauma Bay to go snorkling. Then we went to the Ala Moana Shopping Center. There I got some shorts.
Then we ate. After that we went to a computer store.
April 4, 1995
Today we went to Waimaea Valley and Sealife Park. It was my mom and dad's anniversary.
April 5, 1995
Today we went to the Polynesian Cultural Center.
April 6, 1995
Today we went to the Ala Moana Shopping Center.
April 7, 1995
Today we went on a limo back to the airport. We had boosts by the wind. We were an hour early. The fuel truck wasn't ready,
so we had to wait an hour in Calgary for the fuel truck. We rode in a station wago back home. We rode Canada 3000. The movies
were Little Women and I.Q.
