Hello,
you happened to visit the home page of Roustam Rakhmatouline,
what means virtually - my own home page. Here I have stored certain
information about myself which could be of interest in different
aspects - not only for myself, at least if I have decided to put
this information on the web page it means I intended other people
to come here and read what may entertain them.
So here is the brief description of what you can find on this
site. You can use the navigation bar above for moving between
pages. This bar is present on every page of may site and for the
future I have plans to make the navigation bar more sophisticated.
This site is absolutely free of frames (sometimes I had to replace
them with a trick: a new browser window will open so that you
can keep the point you are in and at the same time watch a picture
or view the guestbook). You can always return to this page by
clicking Home.
On the New page you will usually find all the latest changes which I have performed on this site so that you can easily notice if anything has been altered since your last visit to this site.
You can learn more about myself if you click on the Author link. Here I will post some information on myself and if you think I deserve your looking at this - please be always welcome! Currently there is only my photo on this page.
Projects shall be the main source of interest (if at all) to this site. I have some small plans for this area and I promise to publish them before Christmas. As soon as something appears here - I will let you know... :)
Friends is a page for - obviously - friends of mine. Sometimes I count to friends people whom I never had chance to get to know in the real life, but whom I regard as friends nevertheless. However I must apologize, because most of my friends' pages are written in Russian so that if you are not quite proficient in the Russian language you most possibly would not find this section of my page extremely entertaining for you... But who knows...
And finally, long awaited, comes the Guestbook page. Well, this page is a special one, because it's the only one which is not dependent on myself. I mean this page is supported by the owners of this server and I do not have any possibility to amend the script in any way. So if you are not satisfied with the clumsy interface - sorry for that, people. I really did not mean to hurt you.
Links is a place where I usually store
my links. Links have one distinctive feature: they multiply. Not,
I'd put even not like this, I'd say: they MULTIPLY. And so I have
prepared a special page for them. Most of the links are places
I found while surfing the Web, and I will try to classify them
and give some kind of an annotation and date of such annotation
in order to keep the links fresh. I hate personally coming to
a links site only to encounter that all the links go nowhere.
It's the most discouraging thing about the Internet. Some call
it the 404 Not Found Error. You can put it this way too.
So the trip is now over. In the future I certainly plan to expand
this page, and in most probable way I would add some interesting
links on the Russian Internet, but I will try to keep all the
interesting information in English. The only thing I'd say now
is that I do not want to forecast the future. Maybe I will feel
exhausted even after the first day of HTML editing. Then, well,
this page will be deleted in 60 days of idle time. But I hope
for the better future, to be quite honest with you. So, thanks
