I am working
in IT industry for the last three years. I had
started my career with Beehive Systems as a
Customer Engineer-Trainee. In this company I was
doing all activities like support of customer
calls, PC assembling, troubleshooting and many
more tasks. I got good experience with this
company in Technical Customer Support.
Then, I joined CMS Computers Limited., Delhi -----(visit : http://www.cmscomputersltd.com ) as a
Customer Support Engineer. There I was
responsible for Banking area jobs. We were three
engineers and we are fully responsible for all
kind of problems and issues related to banking
area. Some Banks were using Novell Netware, some
of them UNIX, but specially, I had concentrated
on UNIX based systems. I had spent arround two
years with CMS which was a nice period to get
exposoure on big clients and multiplatform
environment. After experience of about two Yrs.
in CMS, I have switched over to Chipsoft
Technology Ltd., Delhi ( visit : http://www.chipsoftgroup.com )in
Apr.,1999. In this Company I have got highly
professional environment. I also got lot of new
things on quality policy and ISO standards. Here
I am responsible for all of kind calls which are
not solved by engineers on UNIX systems.
I
was waiting for SUN Solaris training from
Oct.,1998..but only this time in May, 1999, they
provided training in INDIA.I am working on UNIX
systems for the last two years..but after this
training I am able to fill my knowledge gaps on
