What is Flash?
Flash is
an multimedia format developed specifically for use on the
Web. Flash uses vector graphics and allows for complete
control and synchronization of sound and animation. Netscape
4.5 supports it as a native file format, as will all new
browsers. It does, however, require a plug-in for viewing
