Below is a detailed list of commands that can be performed at
level 450 and above using the CHANOPT command.

Syntax:

CHANOPT <#channel>
AUTOVOICEALL

Use:

If ON, when any user
joins the channel they will be given +v When OFF no action will
take place
|

Example:

/msg G CHANOPT #chan
AUTOVOICEALL

Syntax:

CHANOPT <#channel>
SETBANNER
|
|
Use:
|
If ON, the banner
will be dispalyed at the fequency set with the BANNERTIME command.
If OFF the banner will not will not be displayed at all in open
channel.

this is used to set
the frequency rate at which the BANNER will be displayed.

Use:

This will contain
the content of the message you want displayed in your channel on
a specified frequency.
