Level 1000 Commands
Below are the commands that you are permitted to perform at Level
1000. To get a list of these commands while in a channel on irc.utgames.com
type either - !showcommands (in the channel that you want to know the
available commands for) or /msg g showcommands #channel (in one channel
to show available commands for another)

ADDADMIN <IDNick>
<nick!user@host> <level> <autoop> <protect>
<password>

Use:

Used to add a Channel
Service Admin to cservice database. Accessible to 700+ members only.
Same rules apply (See ADDUSER)
If the user you wish to add is online at the time, you can have
G figure out their mask by using ADDADMIN without putting a nick!user@host;
they then are added with the default settings and their current
nick will be their IDnick

700 ON OFF WoeIsMe

data.
