Level 400 Commands
Below are the commands that you are permitted to perform at Level
400. To get a list of these commands while in a channel on irc.utgames.com
type either - !showcommands (in the channel that you want to know the
available commands for) or /msg g showcommands #channel (in one channel
to show available commands for another)

OPALL <#channel>
|
|
Use:

Used to grant ops
to all members of the channel by user with 400 or greater access
|

Example:

/msg G OPALL <#channel>

KICKALL <#channel>
<reason>

Use:

Used to kick all
members of the channel.

Used to clear ALL
current channel modes.

Used to remove ops
(-o) from all members of the channel
