She is the Chairman & Managing Director of the company. He
looks after administrative, finance matter and act as "Head
of the Company."
Basically he is an Agriculture Graduate, with more than 20 yrs.
experience in marketing of Agriculture inputs through Adrash
Agro Service Center.
This center has over 5 crores of turn over annually. He has
extensively travelled throughout the country & world and
he is a very dynamic person and his ability to establish good
contacts with the local farmers of the adjoining areas.
He has also worked as a chairman of Association of Maharashtra
Agro Industries over a dacade. Presently, he is a M.L.A
.of Pachora Legislative.
He was nominated as a Director of Maharastra
Agro Industries Development
Corporation Ltd. He is a good administrator with
excellent convincing ability. He has been a key person in transfering
new agricultural technology to the farmers of Khandesh region.

He is the Director Marketing of the company looking after the
activities like product development, Sales, Recoveries &
overall control of marketing channel. He is postgraduate in
Horticulture .
He has 10 years experience in Agriculture University in the
field of Research and Seed Production. He has Technical experience
in Seed Production of various crops. He is having 6 yrs. Administrative
experience through Maharashtra Minerals
Corporation.
He is a Life Member of Vegetable Science
and Seeds Science & Technology Society of India.
He is actively involved in social activities. He was the president
of Rotary Club of Pachora - Bhadgaon.

J. C. Rajput

He is a Director looking after the Research and Development
activities of the Company. He has worked for more than 21 years
in the Agriculture University in various capacities such as
Assistant Professor, Vegetable specialist, Horticulturist and
Associate Director of Research. He is highly qualified and has
completed one year training in “Tree
Breeding (Forestry) in Mississippi State University,
United States of America.”
He has published more than 100 research and technical papers
and written two books and two bulletins on vegetables. He has
also contributed chapters in four books. Attended several farmers
Rallies, delivered radio talks and gave eight programmes on
T.V. He received “
ABASAHEB - HORTICULTURAL AWARD” for the
significant contribution in the field of Horticulture.
He is recipient of “VASANTRAO
NAIK MEMORIAL
GOLD MEDAL” for
presentation of excellent paper on Export of Vegetables. His
book on “Maharashatratil
Bhajipala Lagwad”
received first prize from “Baliraja
- Rahudkar Granth Paritoshik Samittee”. He is
a life member of Indian Society of Vegetable Science and Annals
of Agriculture. |

He is the Director of the company looking after product development
activities in adjoining states like Madhya
Pradesh, Gujarat and North
India . He takes care of Company affairs & public
relations. He also keeps close liasoning with Govt. Authorities
and the Company.
He is deeply involved in social activities. He is President
of Institute of Rural Development &
Social Services, through which he use to keep good
relations in rural areas as well as with Govt. Institutions
also. He is a Landlord with good family background. He is having
graduation in "Medical Science". |
