Dover are located on the South-East Coast, this is Dover's 8th consecutive season in the Conference, they achieved their best finish last season when they managed a respectable 6th position.

This season has not been as good though at the present time (25 March 2001) Dover are in 16th position and slipping down the table, in fact they were top after the first league game this season, and placed in the top 10 until just before October 2000.

Dover's best win this season so far has been a 4-0 home win against Hednesford Town, but their biggest defeat has been also a 4-0 score line but this time away to Yeovil Town.

Attendances at Dover average just under a thousand people - at this time the average is 996, with a high attendance of 1,604 and a low of just 632
