The Golem Heavy Trader: The Golem has a military background. It was originally designed to withstand an energy bomb, but was later found to be inable to hold the amount of shields necessary for this capablity. It was later released to the public, but it kept the thick hull and hindered manueverablity. Many of the more foolish Golem pilots don't bother with shields, citing its military origin. However, wise pilots find a Golem's strength is its immense defensive capacity when fully stocked with shields. It has front and rear laser mountings available. It also has many internal missile pylons to aid in its defense. The top view is shown. More views will of this craft will follow, to show it more completely.

Note: The Golem was originally produced by the CCW as a trader that could trade in war-torn regions. After its success, many of the Solnaria Factions adopted it for trade between the various factions. The Golem is often used for trading in times of law.
