I love being the bandchick!!!! It is really cool because I get to hang out with the guys all of the time and watch them write their music. Practices are really casual, and I rarely miss one since they are held at my home. I get to meet a lot of new people when they come over to watch the guys play. I am very proud of these guys for all of the work they have put into the band. They practice when they are happy, sad, tired, hungry, and frustrated. Crashryde deserves every bit of the support they have acquired over the past few years. Their dedication is really beginning to pay off. Know what? they don't even play because they want to be some famous rock band. They play because they love music and they have fun with it. They shut themselves inside the studio for hours and hours at a time. I have had the pleasure of watching bits and pieces of music turn into good songs. I couldn't imagine putting together a song for a band to play. I don't know how they do it. It seems to come naturally to all of the members. Needless to say, the guys have become a second family, and I wish them all of the success in the world.
