Lead Guitar /  Backup Vocals Vocals
Alex Steele Is Immunity's Lead Guitarist and one of the vocalists. He Started Playing back in 7th grade, in 1998. His First band was a small "Get nowhere play nothing but shitty rap music trying to be the beastie boys" band named "Explicit content." This band only had two poeple. Alex Steele and His good friend Michael Mike (yes that is a real name for those of you that dont know him, hes pretty cool.). He was then in a band Named "Next Of Kin". This involed four guys. Guitarists Alex Steele, Jeorge Miranda, Bassist Griffin Stankus, and singer Chris Medlin (This kid was the Shit).
His next Band was still called "Next Of Kin" but involved different people. At this stage things got really complicated for Alex and His Band life. His band members where Bassist Mac Finch, Keyboarder Jeremy Flowers, Second Guitarist En May (Nugget, haha), drummer Jack Sims, and Singer Nick Yacoub. Alex, Mac, and Nick then kicked En May out and dropped Jack. Next Mac quit and Alex, Jeremy, and Nick Joined Bassist John Smirniotopoulous (Smirni!!) and Drummer Seth Varyon. They had a lot of ideas for a new band name such as "SiRkuS," "Trauma," ect. They finally  decided and changed thier name to "A.T.F." (Aint This Fucked). They wrote three songs named, "Swallow the Barrell," "Staring," and "Everyone Dies." After That Nick Got Kicked Out and Jeremy Quit.
So there Were John, Seth, and Alex. After writing 2 songs Alex wanted a singer, but instead
Recruited His best freind, New Bass player, Andrew Boutros. This band changed its name back to "Next Of Kin." Then Smirni somehow left the band, so there they were, the 3 man band that no one knew about but had the music inside them. They wrote song after song after song. after about a year (and 15 songs) They Broke up. Seth joined another band. Boutros and Alex were on thier own, but they had a dream, a dream to get famous no matter what it took.
Mean While Paul Smith(Alex Started him on guitar a year before this point), Alex Steele's other Best Freind, was in his own band "Impulze" at the time with Bassist Evan Loudenback and Drummer Paul Heath. After telling Paul Smith about his band breaking up, Smith offered to tell his band about recruiting Andrew Boutros and Alex Steele. Hearing this Paul Heath jumped at the opportunity to have the Honor of having Alex Steele In his Band (Haha).
At thier first Band Meeting they decided on the name "Lithium." After 3 or 4 weeks, they decided to change it to something else, but what? One day When Alex was sleeping over at Boutros' house. Alex was on the computer talking to poeple and Boutros was sitting behind him watching cheap cable porn, Alex Suddenly Screamed out, "I Got IT!! Red Light District!!" Boutros liked it. the next day Alex Called Drummer Paul Heath up and Heath suggested to change it to Black Light District. That was even Better. Everyone in the band agreed and there it was. After a few months of playing there were some general problems. Boutros has since left the band and in the present, they have come up with a new name, gotten more hardcore, recrouted a singer (Nick YAcoub) and made a number of songs and are doing Great.

Alex Steele's Comment: "When I started Playing guitar, a good freind, T.C. Richardson, told me I was a poser For learning guitar, especially since i didn't like Blink182 (The worlds Most Gay and Horrible Band). Well guess what T.C., When Im accepting an Award for bieng a great Guitar Legend...YOU CAN SUCK MY DICK!"
