3:30 PM - Students/Chaperones arrive at F.J.H.S Band Room

5:00 PM - Board Buses and leave for Florida. Everyone should bring food to eat on the buses. We will take breaks as needed.

7:00 AM - Breakfast Morrison's Cafeteria, Savanna. Georgia

2:00 PM - Approx. Arrival time at Ramada Plaza Hotel - Main Gate, Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando. After Check in there will be time to enjoy the pool and other hotel amenities.

6:00 PM - Depart for King Henry's Feast

6:30 PM - We will be treated to a five course dinner while enjoying sword duels, magic acts, a trapeze artist, and other entertainment at King Henry's Feast. Return To Hotel After dinner.

12:00 AM - Lights Out. Private nighttime security will be provided at the hotel each night.

9:00 AM - Buffet breakfast included at hotel.

10:30 AM - Depart for the Epcot Center.

11:00 AM - Arrive at Epcot.

9:00 PM - Return to hotel at park closing.

12:00 AM - Lights Out!

9:00 AM - Buffet breakfast included at hotel.

1:30 PM - Depart for Ft. Myers

4:00 PM - Dinner at Morrison's Cafeteria Ft. Myers

5:30 PM - Depart for Baxter and Broadway Streets for parade.

7:00 PM - Edison "Festival of Light" Parade begins.

10:00 PM - Return to Orlando

7:00 AM - Buffet breakfast included at hotel.

8:15 AM - Depart for the Backstage Magic Kingdom

9:00 AM - Arrive Backstage Magic Kingdom for performance orientation followed by visit to MAGIC KINGDOM.

2:30 PM - Performance by Field "Royal Gardsmen"

6:15 PM - Roll Call "back stage" Magic Kingdom

9:00 PM - Return to hotel on park closing.

12:00 AM - Lights Out!

8:00 AM - Buffet Breakfast included at hotel, check-out

10:00 AM - Depart for Cocoa Beach

11:30 AM - Visit to Ron Jon's, the world's largest swim wear and surf related equipment store in the world.

12:30 PM - Arrive at Cocoa Beach Holiday Inn and an afternoon of fun on their private beach, complete with tennis courts, game room, horseshoes, and beach volleyball. Changing rooms will be provided. Lunch will be on your own at the beach.

5:30 PM - Beach side chicken and ribs barbecue dinner included

8:00 PM - Depart for home with rest stops as needed. Meals will be on your own.

7:00 AM - Breakfast en route.

4:00 PM - Approx. Time of return to Field Jr. High School.
