"That movie was alright." AJ shrugged. "I've seen better."
"Man, I was getting a little scared there for a second." Howie looked at AJ who was giving him a funny look. "But just for a second."
"Sure D." AJ laughed. "I thought I heard you whimpering in your seat."
"Ha ha very funny." Howie replied sarcasticly.
The guys had just returned from seeing the new slasher flick, "Urban Legend".
"So, Kev what did you think of the movie?" Howie changed the subject.
Kevin shrugged. "It was just like any other horror flick we've seen."
They entered the tour bus and Brian was sitting by the table reading a magazine.
"Hey guys. How was the movie?" Brian asked as he shut the magazine and propped his feet up on to the table.
"Don't ask." AJ and Kevin said in unison. Howie just shrugged and smiled. Kevin noticed Nick sulking over in the corner, staring out the bus window.
"What's bothering you bro?" Kevin asked in his big brother tone of voice.
Nick told Kevin about how he saw a girl and lost her in the crowd. "Kev, I saw this girl and this feeling just ran through my body." He stared out the window. "And I'll probably never see her ever again." Kevin patted Nick on the back. "You never know."
"Yeah, you never know." Nick whispered to himself.
AJ stood in the middle of the bus. "Well, I'm getting a shower before we head off for practice." He walked into the small bathroom of the tour bus and shut the door. Brian tried to hide a smile as he heard the water come on and a laugh escaped from his lips. Howie looked over at him. "What's so funny?"
"Nothing." Brian replied trying not to laugh.
"What did you do now?" Kevin asked as he took out his video camera to take some picks of the guys for his family back home. Brian sighed loudly. "Why do you guys think that I'm always up to something?"
"Because you usually are." Kevin and Howie said together. The water in the bathroom shut off and Brian stood up from the seat he was sitting in.
Brain began, "1....2..."
"B-ROK!!!!!" Came AJ's screaming voice from behind the bathroom door. Brian pushed past Howie and Kevin and ran out of the tour bus laughing, before AJ had time to run after him. AJ threw open the door of the bathroom and pointed to his hair.
"Look!" He said. "Look at what he did to my hair."
Kevin, Howie, and Nick broke out in laughter at the sight of AJ's blue hair.
"Would you like us to call you Papa Smurf?" Howie asked between his out bursts of laughter. Kevin fumbled with the record switch on the camera. "I've got to get this on tape."
"Guys my hair is blue!" He looked in the mirror. "Brian put blue hair dye in my shampoo bottle. I'll get him for this one." AJ smiled. "It does look sort of cool though."
Suddenly Nick caught a glimpse of the back of a girl walking past the tour bus. He jumped up from his seat and ran outside and grabbed her by the shoulders and turned her around. A look of disappointment washed over his face. It wasn't the girl.
"I'm sorry." He apologized to the surprised looking girl. "I thought you were someone else." Before he got into a conversation with the unknown girl he walked away with his face facing the ground and sat on the steps of the bus. Kevin came out and sat next to him. "Maybe it wasn't meant to be."
In a disappointed voice Nick replied. "Yeah maybe." Then he silently added to himself. "But I'm going to find her."
