Brian pulled his rental car out on to the busy street and turned the radio up. Brian and AJ began to sing along to the song that was playing. Brian glanced over at Nick who was just staring out of the car window watching as the scenery passed. Brian turned down the music and AJ's voice filled the car. When he realized that no one else was singing and the radio was turned down he shut his mouth and looked around.
"Nick you have to stop being down in the dumps over this girl." Brian said as he stopped the car at a red light. Nick took a deep breath. "Brian, you don't know how it felt when I seen her." He smiled. "I just got this weird feeling all over."
"Maybe it was the chilly dogs you ate on the bus." AJ said from the backseat. Nick turned around and gave him a funny look. AJ smiled and shrugged.
The traffic light turned green and Brian began to drive on. "I don't mean to be a stick in the mud or anything but do you really think you can find her again in this big city, man?"
Nick raised his head. "I'll find her Brian."
AJ leaned towards the front of the car. "But we have a concert tomorrow night and then we're leaving for Florida." AJ fixed the hat that he had on his head since his hair was dyed blue.
Before they could have any further conversation about Nick's mystery girl they were at Abby's apartment building. The guys hopped out of the car.
"I can't wait to see the look on Abby's face when she sees me." Brian smiled as they walked into the building. There was a group of teenaged girls near the door and of course they spotted the three backstreet boys. The guys signed autographs for them and went up to Abby's apartment. Brian rang the doorbell. Abby opened the door and her eyes went wide.
"BRIAN!!" She threw her arms around his neck and he picked her up and twirled her around. "What are you doing here?"
Brian kissed her lightly on the lips. "We have a concert here tomorrow night and I thought that I would surprise you."
She smiled up at him. "Well, I am definitely surprised." She kissed his lips. When the kiss ended she noticed Nick and AJ standed by them. "Hi guys." She smiled and gave them each a hug. "Come in."
AJ and Nick sat on chairs facing the couch and Brian and Abby sat next to each other holding hands. "So, how do you like the new apartment?" Abby asked.
"I give it a 10." Nick said as he showed her the thumbs up sign.
"ITZ IZ Perfoct." AJ said with a fake french accent. Nick stood up and walked around the room looking at Abby's photos of her, her friends, and pics of her with the guys and Brian.
AJ sat in the chair and took off his hat. Abby smiled and tried not to laugh. "What's with the blue hair."
AJ sighed and looked at Brian. "It's a long story."
"Abby, can I talk to you in private for a minute?" Brian asked as he stood up.
"Sure." They went into Abby's room and Brian shut the door.
"I have something very important to ask you." Brian took her hands in his.
"What is it?" Abby asked with concern in her voice.
"I can't take being away from you for such long periods of time. And phone calls aren't enough anymore." Brian looked deep into her eyes. "I want you to come on tour with us."
Abby smiled wrapped her arms around him. "I'd love to."
Brian smiled and passionately kissed her on the lips. "This will be a tour we'll never forget."
