The Evil of Society (Or maybe it's just me?)
I am going insane.
Slowly, but surely.
Hi. I'm Mandy.
Fifteen years old AND bored.
A loser that's useless.
Don't you just despise self-pity?
I know I do. Let's see... what's wrong with MY life?
1. My parents are omnipotent. It's their way, or I get locked in my room.
2. I completely suck as a judge of character. My friends are caring, but unreliable.
3. In a world dominated by cliques, I don't have one. I'm just here.
4. I think the coolest people in the world are those who dare to be different. Unfortunately, everyone in my school loves those who conform.
5. Maryland has absolutely nothing in the least bit appealing to me.
Oh, well. I can bitch all I want- nothing's gonna change.
So.
What now?
Complaints on a larger level.
Why is it that everyone always wants to blame anyone else for what is rightfully their fault? I mean, that's why we have a ratings system for GODDAMN everything these days.
Because some senator's kid decided they wanted to become a juvenile delinquent so Mr.Washington decided it was the music- that damned rock music (riiiiight.) -that made little Johnny so naughty. Even though Mr. Washington hasn't seen his son in two years and dosen't give a shit what he does, as long as he doesn't tarnish the family name.
So the asshole senator (or his wife- that seems to be getting more popular)petiions and gets the fucking 'PARENTAL ADVISORY' sticker put on the CD.
I just hope that one day they relise that sticker only entices teenagers to buy the album. And it doesn't even tell if the CD is vulgar.
I mean, Powerman 2000's CD only said 'fuck' in one song on their CD, and OH! It's gonna encourage some lady's kid to start saying OTHER words like dick, shit, etc.
"But I and his father don't speak like that, so it MUST be that CD!"
And how did that kid learn all those cuss words out of one song>?
Yeah. It's brilliant.
Yet another controversy looming in the horizon: Inter-racial Dating
While watching The Real World-New York (Sad, isn't it?), and hearing an African American Woman named Nicole bitch at a guy named Malik for dating white woman, I began to think.
Isn't that racist?
Isn't that the least bit hypocritical?
You think I'm done?
Far from it.
Wait for me to reload- then I'll enlighten you more.
Yet another timeless battle...
