Ministers are citizens of FortuneCity who volunteer their time to help out around the place. They are available for queries and are knowledgable in the ways of the city.

Ministers are given special tools to help them out with their tasks, and so they are able to:

• get file listings within any home
• change any user's counter amount
• delete message board postings
• access the private message boards for ministers, chatops, and NG's
• edit the main district page

Ministers are sometimes also asked to help out in beta testing or other special projects within FortuneCity. In exchange for their service, ministers get extra space in their accounts, and a FortuneCity.com email address.

Ministers are not administrators of FortuneCity. They are not able to delete anything, alter accounts, change passwords or anything else like that. They can inform FC staff of wrongs, and then it is up to FC admins to act.
