The Neighbourhood Guide Program (NGP) is established to increase the sense of community between citizens and their neighbours. It also doubles as a page content watchdog, looking out for illegal sites and reporting them.

Also known as the Mob in Underworld, it consists of Underworld citizens who volunteer 3-4 hours a week to visit their neighbours. These volunteers must check out the site for illegal content, as defined by the FortuneCity Page Content Guidelines.

What do they get in return? Why they get the satisfaction of knowing they helped keep the streets of FortuneCity clean! Along with that, they get an extra five megabytes of space on their account!
