UPDATE
9/05/02
The reunion
(7/26-7/28) was a smashing success! Go to Reunion
Info for a synopsis. Pictures
are here (93)
with about 20 new ones in this update.
If you have any photos to add, please
send them to me! Please send me your take on the reunion so it may
be posted. Send everything to awesto at parknet.pmh.org
(replace "at" with @). And yes, I have a pic of Mike Parr
doing the stymie (we have my wife to thank for that).
Also
on the way an essay: "My 10th year reunion--the
real story" by Brady Kemp! (ok, I lied, but hey, I'm low
on material--and I really do think Brady should write it!)
And now
[drumroll] A FULL SIZED
PIC OF LENA (AKA MAYBELL) WADE IN GLAMOUR MAGAZINE!! Click
here (124kb) No lie, I actually bought
the issue (and embarrassingly found myself spontaneously explaining
to the cashier that it's "not really for me, you see, I don't
normally buy Glamour...").
A couple
other updates:
1) a
forum will soon be added, where you can post (I'm still trying to
get my friend Greg to work on this.....this may or may not be possible
with the limitations of my host)
2) a
chat utility is in place, but I don't think it is working. And when
it did there was a guy there who liked to talk about drapes. Got to
work on this one.

Over
100 people attended!
Howdy
friends,
Can you
believe that it's been almost ten years? I can't.
Many
of you are probably wondering about the 10th year reunion. Let me
give you the lowdown:
Most
of you are aware that we had a 5 year reunion headed by Patrick "Cone"
Conway. I see Conehead quite often, as we both attend Baylor College
of Medicine. Cone tells me that when he was elected Senior Class President
he had no idea it would mean being in charge of all reunions, as is
tradition. He has been too busy to organize it, and has been out of
the country.
For that
reason, I created this website to get the word out, so that others
could step forward and organize this reunion. In case anyone thinks
I am in charge--I am not. Let me allay all fears on that point! I
only run the website.
Luckily,
since the creation of this site, we have had several of our talented
classmates step forward to start to organize this reunion. But we
need your input and help. To join the organization/volunteer discussions,
join the email list by sending an email to:

One of
the first steps that needs to be accomplished is gathering contact
information on every 1992 graduate. If people will send me their contact
information, I will catalog it. Additionally, this website can be
used as a "virtual" reunion, by offering updated bios, pictures,
and contact information, without the hassle (and expense) of classmates.com
and highschoolalumni.com.
This
website is in progress, and mind you, I am no expert web programmer.
If you have any suggestions, please contact me.
I hope
everything is going well with you. I think we had a special class.
Keeping track of each other is important, if for no better reason
than, as Sam Scarmardo tells me, to laugh at each other. :) Take care.
