In the event that you've been hibernating in an igloo for the past 2 years you might not have heard of MP3 files. They are basically copies of audio tracks you find on CD's but digitally encoded at a fraction of the original size making it possible to just download these files from the web or for storing on your computer. They're great and transportable.
