HELP FOR LOST AND STOLEN CARDS

To speed up the process, please have the following information ready:
	Your full name.		Card type (Redicard/Visacard).
	Card details (name on the card, number, expiry date).		What may have become of the card?
All members should be aware of the following do's and don'ts for Redicard and Visacard:

	Do keep your card in your possession at all times.		Don't leave cards in your car or hotel room.
	Do periodically check that you have all your cards.		Don't advise anyone of your PIN number.
	Do keep all dockets and check them against the statement.		Don't sign a blank sales draft.
	Do sign your card as soon as you receive it.		Don't sign a sales draft without checking all information.
	Do select your mail and telephone merchants carefully.		Don't keep your card and PIN number together.
	Do report your lost/stolen card immediately to your Credit Union.		Don't make hasty exits. Check that you have collected your card from the merchant or ATM.
	Do have your card number recorded somewhere secure so that if the card is lost, you can provide the card number to stop the card.		Don't forget to notify your Credit Union of any change of address as soon as possible.
